Electrician

Our client, a leading firm in the renewables sector, is currently seeking an Electrician to join their team on a contract basis. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the rapidly growing field of renewable energy.

• Install and maintain electrical systems and components in renewable energy projects
• Conduct inspections and ensure all electrical installations comply with relevant standards and safety regulations
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on-site
• Assist in the testing and commissioning of renewable energy systems
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion

• Level 3 City & Guilds Electrical qualification
• Possession of all GWO qualifications
• Understanding of electrical systems and components
• 18th Edition qualification is desirable, but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to travel to the Douglas site or willingness to relocate, with accommodation provided if necessary
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
